再次來到了位於 Chestnut Street 戶外逛街區的 The Dorian 吃早午餐。
前幾天才剛來品嘗 Happy Hour
留下很不錯的印象

新推出的特色調酒
以朗姆酒為底,加入芒果希臘優格、檸檬、小豆蔻
杯緣再抹上一整圈的彩色水果麥片
外型非常亮眼
喝起來有點像是早餐麥片調酒的感覺。
Skinny Dip $12
The Dorian 經典的調酒
以龍舌蘭為基底,加入新鮮的西瓜汁、波特酒、檸檬、IPA啤酒
旁邊夾上了一片紫蘇梅葉
特色香氣中帶著西瓜的甜味與香味
是一款適合早餐享用的調酒。
點了 House-Made Beignets $5
三顆紐奧良式甜甜圈
帶著檸檬香氣的鬆軟甜甜圈
上面撒上了肉桂糖粉
旁邊附上莓果醬以及巧克力醬
清新開胃!
主菜點了 Farmer's Scramble $13
起司炒蛋搭配新鮮蔬菜與沙拉
炒蛋搭配很有味道的鹽炒蘑菇
簡簡單單的料理卻非常美味。
Ricotta Pancakes $14
四大塊奶酪鬆餅配上新鮮的莓果醬、紅糖核桃堅果碎塊以及楓糖漿
鬆餅份量十足,不過吃了一片之後稍微有點甜膩
四大片實在吃不完。
週末的早午餐時光真的特別放鬆愜意
